REGARDING THE MARIJUANA ESTABLISHMENT PROPOSED BY CORE TECHNOLOGIES, LLC
Notice is hereby given that a virtual community outreach meeting for Core Technologies, LLC’s proposed Marijuana Establishment is scheduled for Tuesday, September 13, 2022, at 6:30 p.m., online at www.corecannabis.org

The proposed Marijuana Cultivator, Marijuana Product Manufacturer, Social Consumption Establishment, Delivery Operator and Delivery Courier (together, the “Facility”) is anticipated to be located at 640 Lincoln Street, Worcester, MA, 01605 (the “Property”). This meeting shall be held jointly with WeeDeliver, LLC. Closed captioning will be provided. Community members and members of the public are encouraged to ask questions and receive answers from representatives of Core Technologies, LLC and WeeDeliver, LLC.

This Virtual Community Outreach Meeting will be held in accordance with the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission’s Administrative Order Allowing Virtual Web-Based Community Outreach Meetings and the applicable requirements set forth in M.G.L. Ch. 94G and 935 CMR 500.000 et seq.
A copy of this notice is on file with the City Clerk, Planning Board, and the City Manager, located at the Worcester City Hall, 455 Main Street, Worcester, MA 01608. A copy of this notice was published in a newspaper of general circulation at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the virtual community outreach meeting and mailed at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the virtual community outreach meeting to abutters of the Property, owners of land directly opposite the Property on any public or private street or way, and abutters to the abutters within three hundred (300) feet of the property line of the Property as they appear on the most recent applicable tax list, notwithstanding that the land of any such owner is located in another city or town.
